Definition

Terms used in this Refund and Returns Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined herein.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund and return:

  • You must be the person who purchased our digital product.
  • The purchased digital product must be in the same condition (source code, shape, etc.) that you received it from our creator and developer.
  • The damage or cause of return must be from our fault, and it must be unfixable by our creator and developer.
  • A digital product is considered “unfixable” if the issue is directly caused by our code or delivery and remains unresolved after our best effort within 30 business days of acknowledgment. Fixability does not include compatibility issues with unsupported platforms or changes made by the customer.
  • You must agree to disown the digital product upon refund, and any license granted to you from Onnih.com will be invalid.

To complete your refund and return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to get a refund and return the digital product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Definition of Digital Product

A digital product refers to any downloadable or accessible non-physical item created by Onnih.com or its developers. This includes, but is not limited to, source code, digital assets, user interfaces, game assets, configuration files, and other related software components. All digital products are subject to intellectual property protection and licensing terms upon purchase.

Returns

To return your digital product after our approval, you should delete any files related to the digital product from your devices and agree legally to disown the digital product. Once you finish your digital product return process, we will send your refund.

Refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds for unfixable damages caused will be 10% to 60% of the purchase price, depending on the damage caused.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds of the above percentage are granted:

  • Any digital item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The damage is caused by the user, the customer, natural disaster, third party, or unpreventable events.

If any of the partial refund conditions are met (for example, if the refund is 20% of the purchase price), then the refund is reduced to 10% of the purchase price.

Anti-Fraud and Abuse Disclaimer

We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. This includes repeated refund requests, misuse of digital products, or attempts to exploit our refund system. Refunds will not be issued in cases where misuse or intentional tampering is detected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
