To summarize, Onnih collects personal information when a user accesses pages, files, registers, logs in, verifies their account, resets their password, updates their profile, comments, sends product feedback, and places orders.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years of age.

Here is the list of data that Onnih.com or third parties collect:

Comments & Product Feedback

When visitors leave comments or product feedback on the site, we collect the data shown in the form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Their privacy policy is available at:
https://automattic.com/privacy/

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your details. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we set several cookies to save your login info and screen preferences. Login cookies last for two days; screen option cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out removes the cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, an extra cookie will be saved. It contains no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Order Data

We collect your email, name, phone number, product orders, and everything you input in our shop order form. This data is stored on our servers for vendors to fulfill your order. Payment info is collected by third party such as PayPal, Visa, Google, Apple, and more depending on your payment method.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content behaves the same as if you visited the other website.

These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction — including if you’re logged into that site.

Comments

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Password reset requests

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, it and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

For users that register, we store the personal info in their profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal info at any time (except username). Admins can also view and edit this info.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or left comments, you can request an exported file of the data we hold, or request we delete it. This does not include data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
